NO SHOW BY MODEL

i booked by telephone and email confirmation a so called model marie-louise .mariemellons@aol.com
having agreed a fee and the shoot i paid for and booked a studio near to the hotel 9 alsopaid for )she required as she may have overnight stay .
she would have been doing a g/g and g/g so i also booked and have ahd topay for two other models.
as of yesterday i hear nothing , i call no reply , i email no reply.but today an email saying " I AM TOO BUSY , AND FED UP OF PEOPLE , IM THINKING OF QUITING THIS , YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME i did " YOU SHOULD HAVE EMAILED ME i did " ANYWAY IM TOO BUSY "
this i feel is not satisfactory and WARN other photographers to think before booking this model.
please can any body tell me how to claim or if i have aclaim against this person who i WILL NOT book again and WARN others to stay away .
she also refers to a HIV certificate which is months old having done several solo/g-b and g-g shoots and no check since ,
please beware and be careful.
i read of shoots she has done , and dave mason praises her . but if she has totravel far forget it.
