I set up a site a while back,a bit amatuerish but more to see if I could make it work, uploading vids and getting the pay bit to work was a bit of a challenge and with a little promotion gained a respectable members portfolio.Havent done anything with it for a good while, and it desperatley needs more content. I'm now at a bit of a crossroads as to where to go with it, should i put it in the trash? or spend some time and cash on developing further. It's a bit lonely as a one man band and the point of this post is to see if anyone would be interested in joining me to move it forward, first choice would be female (no not for a free shag!!) or a more mature male as i'm a bit mature myself...lol

I work totally on my own and run more than one pay site and quite a few feeder sites to upsell them...

You can't just make a site and hope it sells... You need to do more pr than anything you did to create the site to start with. If you haven't done that, then you'll never make money. One of the sites in my signature was spammed/mentioned everywhere while it only had a front page. The result was that it had 2 sign up's within the first 30 minutes of it's launch. Since then it's grown and grown due to this work being put in to it...

I suggest you find someone who is good at search engine optimisation etc. and who has the time to promote it....

I don't see how all these web sites survive. mayB just me but I'm not interested enough in one girl to subscribe to a personal site & I can find loads of other stuff for free anyway.

Couldn't agree more.
Lord knows,there's enough of it around to make porn very much a buyer's market.
Perhaps if more people realised their buying power they'd be more selective and the dross 'n' tat would disappear quicker than it does.
