Today we did a search for uk porn not going to name the words we used but we were shocked.
We had tgps,affilate programs,web tours, etc etc.
How can anyone expect to make a genuine buisness from this market ?
There is so much free porn out there why would you want to pay to view it ?
We at Titanic are now simply using the interent as a showcase for our product not a market .
So as of 30th April we will no longer be offering free viewing of our material to the general public.
All our samples will be censored and will show no nudity.
All our genuine customers will still have full access to our material .
So I guess as a result we might see our website stats drop but we will no longer be linked to this crazy freebie show all mentality that is killing this industry.
If you want to see genuine uk talent that updates once a month with six new models then try Razzle ,Escort,Fiesta,etc all only about ?2.00 a shot
Best things about these are they are mags and you can use them anywhere and you dont need a FLOPPY

I know how you feel... The freebies are killing biz but...

Due to the number of sites on line today compared to 6 years ago when I started, we all have to offer our affiliates free hosted galleries etc. We have to keep them numerical for our own records, so surfers just change the id of the url to go through everything for nothing and get off on that..

If you keep your on line store to just that with screen caps for a while, you can see what happens then.

The other problem is the spammers... I've found numerous sites over the years who have even used names I made up for models and my sites names to get good search engine placings... That is a pain. Even typing in one of my sites names can bring up 10 spammers till you get to mine sometimes

Not everyone can be bothered to access stolen material via P2Ps(for the security risks)or find it for that matter.

Surfing through the flotsam & getsam that is the Newsgroup set-up is more like hard work than fun

Genuine review sites like can influence surfers
to part with their dosh

You are right in that there is oodles of frre stuff out there
One only need look at 700,000 galleries
would seem to be enough for anybody but I'd bet there is a fair few that see a certain girl and what more of her so they join the site...got to love those hormones

Bear in mind that the free galleries you find tend to be of a lower quality than the actual product you pay for inside a "members area".
Competition is fierce now but by offering freebies it does get your name/brand about and you obviously get more traffic to your site.
Giving away freebies can cost the webmaster a lot in bandwith. Get your free page listed on a popular TGP and your bandwith can go through the roof. There are some TGP sites that are renowned for "killing" cheap/low end servers as they just cannot handle the demand which brings the server to its knees.
Its just a form of marketing and if done right will make you money.
For example, if you run a "mature" site and submit your free pages to a "teen" site, you will loose money.
But, yes there is to much free porn but if we stopped giving it away, we'd be worse off.
As for P2P programs... i haven't been near them for nearly 2 years and they were full of fakes/virus/incomplete/slow as shit so i'd hate to think what there like now.

Must admit I've never paid for web porn and have no intention to start. Like you say there's so much out there from around the world and not just British. Any search engine gives you more than enough. that's just the way it is today. If you want specific girls they may be difficult to find, but variety is the spice of life and it's nice to see new stuff every time for me. If you stop giving free stuff I don't think it'll make any difference to your business, because those who would subscribe will ifo so n any case and those who wouldn't under any circumstances will just go elsewhere. In the long run I don't see any future in selling still pictures on the net.

I used to use P2Ps when I was wet behind the ears but not any longer

P2Ps = frustration,not to mention a genuine security risk to your personal information like name,address & credit card details.Firewalls aren't impenetrable even when you think you know what your doing

As the technology is recognised as being unstoppable the industries who are being pillaged are the ones who are uploading false produce complete with infections of various types

I'll always pay:

For three reasons:

1. I don't want to trawl through 10 million banners/popups etc etc.

2. I only used reputable companies - the huge www.deluxepass.com is fantastic value for money although lacking on UK talent.

for which I have gone to Playboy (who I hope improve their service soon as per the Spice Platinum thread).

and 3. Because I think any business deserves to make a profit. Even with games/cds etc I will always buy the genuine product and not use piracy. I know you are referring to "freebies" rather than "piracy" but the principle is the same - because the more freebies out there the less companies will make which has a knock on effect to the performers directly, who are doing a hard (although one would hope pleasurable) day's work!

it's always worth paying for the best sites; if you get good value, one of the site I subscribe too offers access to around six different sites (my friends hot mom/my friends hot sister etc) which covers a wide range of genres. The sites update weekly with a new scene around 30mins on each site and a photoset, this is what sites need to offer in order to compete with the free stuff which will never be up to that level.
I'd never touch P2P because of the risk and variable quality
