industry do cancelled

due to certain objections by people in the industry i have canceled my guest list, it was not supppsed to be a crazy free for all just people to hook up and have drinks and have a good laugh, nothing more. It shall however be open to the people who i do know and have been and work in the industry. is every one satisfied.

I have no problem with Industry bashes but this simply isn't one.
Funky Buddha upon is open to anyone can book a guest list entry via a number of sites (just do a Google search guys)
Thursday nights are "Ladies Night" where girls get in for free before a certain time and guys pay entry.
Rather than say "Industry Bash", you should have said labelled it as something else.

It's not objections we made ...
We pointed out the facts as we are part of the party crowd and so know what happens...
If you want to do it.. Do it properly. I'm Sorry to say ... You look like a club/bar promoter at the moment, which doesn't do your image as film producers any good...

You suggested it was for the "industry" so why do the girls get in for free but not the guys?
To me it just seemed like another backhanded way of getting more guys off the street and into the place... "Hey look.... every Thursday you get to meet a pornstar!!!"
