I've been contacted by an agency in Romania, who emailed by saying "Due to the fact that I saw your potfolio on the site www.******.com please enlist yourself on the site www.*******.ro and fill in all the necessary data."

I asked if they could tell me some models that they represent in the UK as they are asking for personal contact details (postal address etc). I recieved their reply: "No" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My God, it really does amaze me the way some people think business is done!!

Well, I know some people who shoot in Romania and just hearing the country to work in for a model in this country? I wouldnt bother. You wouldnt get paid near as half as much as you would here. Having said that, there are some seriously stunning girls over there and their attitude to sex is unparalelled even by the Czechs. Problem is the language barrier though.

I've had this email too, Alexis. Like you, i thought better of replying. Probably one of those groups posing as agents in order to force girls into prostitution abroad.

Thats exactly what I thought when I read the post Michelle.

I am fortunate enough to have a 2nd home on the Costa Del Sol and the Romanian gangs are big down there and these sort of scams are widespread and they specialise in identity fraud and forced prostitution.

Just because this came from Romania doesn't mean this and all things from there are dodgy but I would tread very carefully with it.
