What best way to bank ccbill cheque?

what is the best way to bank a cc bill cheque which is in dollars with out paying hugh bank commission or charges. I bank with HSBC and I know they have set rates for set amounts for paying dollars in to your bank account.

I'm with HSBC and they are the most expensive for banking US $ cheques, sorry to say :(

I have a US $ account with them here as well but that's just for wires and costs between ?50-100 a year to maintain, if the balance is below a certain level but for me this is still cheaper than paying in over the counter to my current account...

I get my cheques automatically every two weeks. I just save them up until its worth paying them in.

I have 4 pay sites with CCBill and I just email them when I want some money :) ... They normally pay weekly unless you let them know.

I pay my ccbill cheques into a lloyds tsb bank account, they charge ?8 per transaction so you can save your cheques up and pay them in together and just pay ?8. I usually pay mine in every 2 weeks so cashing cheques for several grand costs me 8 quid

Yeah I use LloydsTSB aswell, but it takes me alot longer to build up enough to make it worthwhile. Just from a few affiliate programs.

Natwest dont charge anything but you have to wait upto 28 days to get the cash.
