Sounds incredibly dodgy to me, I mean i know I am not in the industry but it doesn't make sense.

Forget for a moment that he doesn't have a website address (I suppose not every business has) but its a hotmail email address?! And only 2 posts!

Also what exactly is the proposition? Is it a business partnership or a one off film he is making...

I don't think you are alone in thinking this is dodgy Faye. I am sure Joe will have already emailed the guy by now , or if not he will be half way through drafting one !

Oh fer cryin out loud. Not every prospective producer has the luxury of having a site people. First you have to have shit loads of content to put on it anyway. What's so dodgy about a new guy looking for a female partner to do business with? Sounds like he is trying to do something to me. Let the man come up with the goods and give him the benefit of the doubt.

Maybe he is genuine, but what is he looking for ? What's the project? A long term business partnership or a film that he wants to do?

Also , why the free, almost untracebale, hotmail account as an email address? Simple thing but wouldn't it look more genuine if he used his proper email address?

d) Why Germany or Holland ? There is a large enough industry here.

Look at one of the agencies listed here on the BGAFD

Go and see them or send them a regular pic or two of yourself.. They don't need to see your dick... !!! Get yourself listed with the agencies and then you might have a chance

Point taken Joe but I don't think people need to reveal a blue print on this forum for what they want to do. You know how paranoid people are of having ideas nicked and maybe he just doesnt know the protocol for getting this all across. Not everyone does but it goes to show what a closely guarded community we are in and suspicious of everybody.

I emailed him privately and he e-mailed back. It might come to nothing but my instincts tells me he might be okay. C'mon guys ease up once in awhile. Not everyone is open to the world about what they do.

Just because he has a hotmail address means nish. The guy seems to be travelling and hotmail addresses are common. Hell, I even had one at one point.
