web hosting/iicinternet

Does anybody use as a web host and if so can anybody tell me what they are like?

They were recommended to me by a friend but I have emailed them 4 times with a couple of pre sales questions and they have failed to reply to all emails which worries me big time.

Any thoughts?

no problem, all I would say about iicinternet (or anyone else) is that if they don't reply to your emails at the moment how good is there support going to be if the server went down!

Thats exactly what I'm thinking.

The only reason why I'm still thinking about them as they were recommended by a good friend of mine and a very reliable source but like iicinternet my mate aint answering his emails.

If you cant get a proper area coded number keep your money in YOUR pocket.

Remember the net is instant and so should fault finding

Okay I finally got a reply from them today and then asked another question in reply to that and some 6-7 hours later they haven't replied.

This isn't any good to me or anyone else so I will use the host recommended by tas and I would advise all to avoid iicinternet.
