Softcore website www.onlytease.com (and associated sponsor program www.otcash.com) is looking to recruit a traffic manager to work on building up the affiliate base and traffic to the site, to help the site grow into one of the biggest sites within the softcore market.

We have been online for 3 years, and now have over 240,000 images (of which around 85% is exclusive ? we now only shoot all our own content) in nearly 2000 galleries, and over 280 videos.

We get rave reviews from the review sites:

http://onlytease.thebestporn.com ? 89 / 100
http://www.pornadept.com/onlytease.html - 88 / 100
http://www.pamsreviews.com/viewreview.php?id_site=603 ? 96 / 100
http://www.selfloversworld.com/sites/254 - 4 / 5
http://www.adultsitesurfer.com/Reviews/Softcore/Only_Tease/index.html - 94 / 100

Without bragging too much, we think we have a site that has the potential to rival some of the great sites like Met-Art, FTV, Nubiles (although we are softer than these), but we need help in growing the traffic.

Our company background is web development, so building the backend systems is easy, however, when this site started it was started as a pure hobby, that has now grown into a large business, and we now need help to move onto the next stage.

The successful person would be someone who can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the industry with a track record in helping sites grow. Ideally we would like someone full time, but would consider applications from people only available part time.

In return we can offer a great pay package and paid holiday.

Although we are based in the UK, we would consider enquiries from those interested in this position but living outside the UK. However, anyone with suitable experience that can work form our offices based in North Kent, UK would be at an advantage.

Initially, please can you email a brief resume to info @ onlytease.com

Many thanks

Paul.

Hi Paul

As a consumer of the finer things on the net (beautifull women) and sometime subscriber to particular sites, I find being reffered to as traffic as being insultive.

Good old Heff once sacked his webmatser for reffering to the READERS as TRAFFIC and now the mighty playboy will only employ the skills web-dudes who can tell the difference between TRAFFIC and READERS.

Obviously I shall not be applying for the post but then again I know nothing about the skills or art of being a webmaster so the post is safe. As a consumer I'm an expert and ........................................................

Hi DG,

No offence was meant by calling visitors traffic, it is purely the standard term used by the industry.

Digi-Guy..

You starting again... !!!! ?????

In the internet business, surfers are referred to on masse as traffic... You didn't moan about the use of the word in Juicy Jo's post ... DUH

One day you'll make a post that isn't arguing or complaining...

And Marcus, Marino amd I didn't get to meet you at the BGAFD party .. What a shame :)

Paul.. email me with a phone number, as I may have some ideas for you.. Traffic is one of my goodies :)

Oh no Mr Joe A (Jakass) is Back?

The reason I didnt moan about Juicy Jo is because phwoar juicy Jo and my comments here were tongue in cheek as the good Paul L got very kindly but flew over your balding head.

OK so one day you think I'll make a post that you can agree with eh.
WHY?

I Think Marino might be a little pissed at you bringing this one back up but I saw you at the BGAFD party but you were buisy getting heavy with some indian beauty?

I am however doing the security for the ETO bash this weekend and I already know Marino will be there but will you?

Gentlemen, let sleeping dogs and all that. Digi.
As for this weekend I am considering cancelling at the weekend. The ETO failed to mention that the trade show will not allow us to show our R-18 stock on screens. Which strangley enough is what I sell in the U.K.
So I am struggling to work out why I should be there.
