Webmaster Getting Into Movie Production

Hi,
I'm a north west based adult webmaster and run a number of amateur sites and movie sites e.g. readerswivesonline.com
I'm considering getting into adult movie production now and ideally looking for some sort of 'apprentice' role during shoots so I can learn how things are done. I'm not interested in getting into the performance side of things, just learning about production techniques e.g. camerawork, lighting, video editing, performer management and whatever else goes into making great quality adult movies.
If you could offer some sort of 'apprentice' role during a shoot, hopefully somewhere in the north west area, I would be more than willing to help out and learn the ropes.
