I think yoyur public image should be the first one, even with not so great site, but plenty of information, is a help, actual addresses and the likes help, to verify they are real, you dont know its real, if its a scam, or something more sinister.

Before u say look at the whois thats tracable, i can name u registrars that will take paypal payments from unverifed accounts off the top of my head, and dont verify the information you add to the whois so i could open a paypal account, refer 3 people to the account get $15 free in referals, sign up a web adress, with fake details at the local McDonalds, use a template to build a site, and then start seeking models to scam, id say can be up and running in a day or 2.

If no infact WHEN i was in the same position i got the same flack for having nothing on my site, but then i was a start up, I expected people to skeptical, theres alot of people in this to scam and whatever, so i was happy to discus and answer questions and take the incoming fire.

Why don't you send an email and see what happens?
