After seeing my wife's father die of smoking related illness I have to say I do not find these pictures sexy at all.

They are just making out that smoking is somehow sexy when it is in fact one of the stupidest things we humans do.

A woman smoking a cigarette is about the least erotic thing I can think of.

... more than a passing resemblance to yourself ? That's a bit narcissistic, but nothing wrong with that.
