I just looked at the page above and..
Most review sites sign up as affiliates themselves which is how they make money. They don't ask for a recip Most of us use a few words from the review any way, with a link to the full review on our tours.
I also noticed you only have CCBill listed, wnen there is also Paycom EU and Clear Card who both have affiliate programmes wm's can use
You ask for aprox pic and vid capacity by Gb.. I have no idea about that, but I can tell you how many pics and hrs of vid are available.
When it comes to updates, many sites vary this more than your choices. I've seen them update from daily to three times a week to monthly.
I'm not trying to be too critical but trying to give you advice based on one of my sites having 3 reviews done. so far

The recip idea is to drive traffic to the site which, in theory anyway, is good for everyone - CCBill is the only option listed right now but if you want to use another just put the info in the comments box and will set it up ASAP.
The pix and vid count etc is just a guideline - if you dont know then just put anything in the boxes you arent sure about as we will check it as part of the review anyway. Have just added some more update options.........
