I'm not sure of the porn laws in HK these days as it's under Chinese rule and they are very anti porn. You could look for model agencies in HK on Google etc

Ive been to Asia quite a few times and think you'd have no problem sorting it on the spot when you turned up. If you bung the hotel porter a few quid im sure he'l arrange whatever you want. Just be more carefull in some Asian countries than others.

Just remembered i did meet an interesting lady who runs a production company and also a model agency in Tokyo. She's south american but living in Japan. Ill email you her details tomorow.
