You'll find them in lots of stores on the continent, not sure why they don't sell them here in shoe shops, because they would sell. Ordinary shoe shops in Amsterdams have them.

it depends on where you live. London, Camden have loads, as do quite a few shops downstairs that are on Oxford St, at the Tottenham Court Rd end. Birmingham, Oasis and Jeff Bains
