HELP, Doing webcam sessions on my website

Hello everyone I am looking to do live webcam sessions a couple of times a week. Just a few questions:
1.) Can I have it on my website while doing the live session directly from home?
2.) How long do they normally last for?
I am trying every way to make my website great
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I have no idea on this subject.
