Copyrighting??????????????

Hi guys just a quick question about copyrighting content. I am going to film models, then using the content for the following: movie clips and pictures for my members section and using the movies for compilation dvd's to sell online. What do I need to do in order for all this to be fully copyrighted and for no one else to use these?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As the creator you are automatically covered by the Berne Convention but you can do it all offically here

As the producer of the material you own the copyright and with or without a model release can publish to your hearts content

You probably know this already but just in case, whatever you do, make sure all your movies placed on the web are watermarked. If you dont, your content will just get ripped off and either used for a free sites members area or to promote other paysites in the same niche, regardless of any copyright.
Sorry if I'm stating the obvious but thought it was worth mentioning.

Thnks guys, I already have the website logo ready and have tested it on movies and pictures so at least that part is covered. Just the dvd releases now that might be a problem.

Did you know that you can't legally send out adult dvd's from within the UK, whether R18, or made by you on your pc... ?

Hi Joe, you say that even without the model release you can use without problem providing you are the producer, what about if you have the model release but not the copy of passport? the person obviously appearing well over 18 years old. are we still in the clear?

Yeh its a long story, but i cant get in touch with this particular guy. he's over 40 so i doubt i'd hava a problem prooving his age. am i still ok to use the material?

Copyrighting?! Thats not going to stop pirates or oyur material being p2p'ed on left right and centre. Websites are much easier to deal with and get shut down. Other than this there are no real guarantees in this industry....Especially in the wild, wild west world of porn.
