I use www.vistaprint.co.uk if you sign up to their newletter you get lots of special offers, and they do ALOT of freebies
so you can try everything before you put a big order in.They also give you some free design time, for Small Runs they are AWESOME, i use them for when i'm going to Car Shows, and stuff like that, for a cheap give away.
For 5000 items or more you need a proper flyer company like UYR who i use for MY company stuff. they are DAMNED good.
I order 20,000 at a time, and they can turn it around in a few days and they deliver by courier even on a saturday
