Hi,

I didn't want to step on Stu's toes who posted about music but I also write and produce music and want to get into soundtracks for the adult movie industry.

I write a mixture of electronic and live music, mostly instrumental in nature, from trance, ambient, funk and rock or a mix of all!

If anyone needs some music for a new film feel free to get in touch.

Also I have been feeling that it is a shame that a lot of adult films no longer have good soundtracks (I know thats not really the point) but adult films in the past have been a breeding ground (dare I use the word) for some great music. Wondered if anyone had any comments on this?

Your main concern needs to be cost and how you sell as you can buy copyright free music with license for Adult use now at low costs. As many copyight free tracks don't like it to be used for Adult productions due to association that is important to make that clear in your license.

Cost example 3 CD's with around 18 tracks approx. copyright free with adult license for around $200 USD tracks each 4/6mins in length. If you can produce similar and produce for the bulk market that may be your first port of call and then look at the bespoke market. IMO....!wink!

I have picked up a number of copyright free music compact disc's from the same company. While many of the tracks are average, i can normally find some sounds what work well. None of the music cd's have said not to be used on adult productions. The only thing that cannot be done with the cd's is to copy them and sell them on.
