i am hoping in the next few weeks start my own locallly based company and am looking for advice on how to get talent to work with , i am based in cornwall and as it is very quiet round here dont know the best way to advertise

i am looking for girls for photographic and video work

any ideal or suggestions greatly appreciated

i have a very good quality SLR digital camera and Mini DV camera just looking for costs on

setting up website
advertising
paying for models

and anything else that may occur
