Does the tv x subscribtion show up on sky bill?

You say they are completely seperate, but they seem to have same address completely.

It appears as something like Portland enterprises

that on credit card bill but is it also on
the sky bill saying what subscription is due, and box office orders etc., if so does it say price paid and price due etc?

Your TVX charge won't appear on your Sky statement as it's billed seperate to your Sky subscription even though TVX customer services/billing is actually handled by Sky on behalf of TVX, also if you buy any of the Adult PPV channels on SKY they appear something like "Adult Nightly - ?5.99". They're not listed as by channel name.

Not sure what you mean by Sky Bill. I pay by standing order on a credit card (yes even though I supply to them) and it just reappears as regulrly asmy sky payments

Nothing will appear on your Sky statement that mentions TVX, the only adult thing that would appear on your Sky bill would be Nighlty Pay Per View purchases you made to channels such "Private Girls/Private Blue etc". These would be described on you Sky Statement as "Adult Nightly". I'm not certain if TVX send out monthly statements but on your Bank/Credit Card statement the transaction would appear as "Portland Digital" not TVX.
