Advice Please From Established Models/Agencies

Hi Everyone,
I have been Fashion & Catalogue modelling for 6 months now and would like to try more hardcore adult work - i.e. B/G Soft and hard.
I was just wondering if anyone could offer me any advice - or know anybody who is good to work with to start off i.e. In my 1st couple of still/video shoots as i wouldnt want to get someone who was a little pushy and up themselves etc.
I have already been made offers to perform with a couple of the Adult actress girls from Caligula 18 productions via Glamourfinder.com but i can not find there web pages or anything about them and i don;t want to make a silly mistake and have a bad experience In Adult Modelling as up to now everyone i have been in contact with throughout modelling has been class. Anyone offer some friendly advice then please or feedback regarding this company? Or can anyone recommend an agency or producer i should approach? Offer me work if you want to! LOL!
On a serious note though you help would be much appreciated.
