Can anybody give any help regarding a Website called Goldclub.co.uk.
I signed up intially for a 3 day trial, but after a day thought it was poor, mostlt half the stuff you couldn't access and not only that it hasn't been updated for almost a year,so i looked for an address to cancel my trial.
But unfortunately there wasn't one, the only address was to the webmaster which i have e-mail about 3 times to no avail. I can't seem to get out and no-one has confirmed if my trial has been stop or not.
After 5 days i can still login. I don't want to keep paying what ever they change a month for ever.
Can anybody give any serious advise on this please?

See who the invoice you have is from and chase it up through them. Very few websites actually do the banking transactions themselves. Alternatively contact your credit card company and stop the payment now.

It's unusual not to have one of the 'usual' CC sign up processing companies, they make cancellation a doddle. Look for the Fax number at the bottom of the sign up page, and there's also an address for cheque signups - you may get some response from these.

Having just read the terms and conditions
Which should have been the first thing you did before you signed up

You need to either fax them or email them

cheers

I read the terms & conditions a dozen times, but who or where do you e-mail where's the e-mail address?
Most places have a link to a support link which directs to a another where you can cancel here you don't.
If you can find the e-mail address let me know because the one i've tried a couple of times hasn't responed.

But thanks for the help anyway.

Hmmm...it's VERY easy to get in without actually joining...
If you click on the "More Info" link inside you'll see how you can contact them.

e-mail:
Explain what happened and that you want a refund if you have been billed past the trial period.

Also, they appear to be owned by activatemedia.co.uk
e-mail:
phone: 0208 8101003

ok, so that's not how you link an e-mail address :)
Try
webmaster@goldclub.co.uk
or
info@activatemedia.co.uk

Hope it helps,

SimonS
