how do u get into the adult industry.

hi , im john, im 38 years old , got all my body parts and if i dare say not a bad looking bloke. ive always thought id like to do a shoot of some kind male female only. ive no idea if there is a call for people my age or with total lack of experience.? . ive heard that 95% of fellas cant get it up for the camera , well how do u know if u dont try? . ive never had a problem in that dept but ive never had 10 people round me with cameras. is there any respectable directors who do give people a chance i this line of work or is there any other avenues to go down to get into the adult film industry. if anybody can asvise me that would be great. thanks. john.
