we are setting up an adult website an are trying to find a UK based bureau that can accept payments and manage subs....along the lines of CCbill and IBill in the US.

Does anyone know of any UK based services such as this please ?

You could try Textbill. I use them for SMS billing, but I think they also do credit cards.
