Phil, right click on the photo you want to post, then go to properties, the from the box that appears copy the url address, ie the image url say.....it is

Then once you have copied it, make your post ie write your thang man!, then do this.........[ img ] then the adress then [ /img ] but DONT use any spaces

Dont forget the forward slash in the brackets at the end, also make sure you use these brackets..[img] and not ( )
Another tip never try this when you are pissed and in a hurry, or sat in the back of a rickshaw on a cobbled road, failing all this just admit you are a complete loser and get someone else to do it for you.
