Just had a great review in ETO:

Featuring more bad language than you shake a dick at, this is a film that prides itself on its creativity; in fact you could almost say that it borders on being a fetish movie. The reason? Sex in mud (complete with garden gnome), lots of spitting and extreme insertions and heaps of rough action...the sort of film that you simply must stock."
