Upload your picture, then copy and paste onto the bgafd topic.

If you don't have your own webspace:
Register a profile at imageshack
Upload an image
Click the top button next to your image thumbnail - It looks like an i
A box will pop up with some code for links. You want the top section that says Embeddable Code. Then select the code for forums.
Copy the code and paste into your forum post.
Click preview before you click post just to check that it works and you are done.
If you have webspace:
Use the following but without spaces
[IMG ]
http://www.yourimageurlhere.com [/ IMG]
