It's working for me... sorry, not sure what to suggest - it's not our service, we just gave it a plug in Strictly News. Any techies online got any useful suggestions?

One thing that might help is upgrading to the latest version of Windows Media Player.
No promises, but give this a try:
And then once you've installed it, test it out on a movie rental at Strictly Broadband. !wink!
