If your site is successfull, I would say that bandwidth is the second most expensive cost, the first obviously being getting the content (either in licencing or model fees in shooting your own)

Sounds like you need a webmaster for the project, not just a hosting company.

A couple of freinds of mine who have built adult sites (for hardcore model partners) have chatted about making their expertise available for ideas like this. Based on my chats they would probably want some money up front (lots of time in setting the site up) but after that they might go for a profit share, as long as you paid hosting etc
