If you get yourself a cert, and can get it up and keep it up, and don't look like shrek, find yourself a producer who will book you and whatever star you want 
I had the chance to meet the lovely Angel through a competition on her site a year or two back. She offered to give me a golden shower which was (and still is) a big fantasy of mine. For some illogical reason I bottled it and pulled out. Its been my biggest regret ever!
I am sure that if you are genuinely keen and approach many models in the correct manner, with politeness etc, you will get positive responses. I dont know how many will let you actually fuck them but, such is the approachabilty of many uk performers, that you may stand a chance of at least appearing on set etc. I must say that whenever I have asked a girl for an autograph or photo I have always been pleasanty surprised by how nice they have been.
In short dont be afraid to ask!! You may just get!
