Hello All,
Im new to the world of photograpghy. Basically its been a hobby of mine, but now im looking to maybe start looking into the adult industry. Basically i have no pics to show as of yet. But im looking for people who could help me get started and then i will take it from there to see weather i want to take it further or not. So if anyone fancies helping me, either drop me an email or leave a message here

What you need to do is to start taking shots of models, there are plenty around looking for work. Make sure you start by using an experienced model. Experienced models know how to pose and will even suggest poses. My very first model was Raven who is on my site. She was really friendly and helpful even though it must have been obvious to her that I was a total incompetent. She is based in Sheffield so may be too far away for you. Would be helpful if we know where you are based.

Thanx very much for ur words. Well i live in middlesex and right now i cannot travel due to working. Like i said this is only a hobby. if there are any local models who might be able to help me out id be very greatful

No i only want to take pics. Thats all. im not even sure if i would do fully nude to start! But ill just wait to hear back from people 1st

The model will tell you her rates anyway so you won't get a say in it really.
Perhaps put your area and glamour models, or glamour model studios, into google and see what comes up.

If I am reading this right are you expecting the models to "HELP" you in the way of doing the shoots for free ?

If so sorry to sound blunt Carlos but you aint got a cat in hells chance... what would the benefit to the models be, having pics taken by a amateur who's just started...

Dont get me wrong you might be a natural and create the most amazing pics... but there just isnt anything in it for the girls...

You need to start to build your experience and your portfolio... hire a girl shoot her for a couple of hours... and so on and so on... this proberly isnt the best place... you sound nervous about jumping in at the porn end... maybe start with more glamour first...

But seriously dont think your going to get free shoots...

To my reading he WAS asking for people to work for free, or rather checking out to see if that is possible.

As said above, no, its not reasonable to expect people to work for free.

Models charge from ?20 an hour for clothed work- so you could book a model for as little as ?40 . There are LOTS of directories online, but a good pair are www.be-seen-here.com for adult models (as a rule) or www.net-model.com for glamour/clothed models.

Where did you want to do the shoot? If you work from home most models will be happy, but expect them to bring a "chaperone" with them for security/peace of mind.

It is definatly better to be honest and say what you are looking for, and explain that you are just starting out. Don't offer things like "Time for Prints" because models get too much of that.



So- my adivce would be to draw ?70 out the bank, pick a model and contact her offering her a two hour shoot from your home- maybe topless- she might expect a few Quid for travel. And go from there! Shoots are great fun!
