it can take anything up to 14 days to arrive AFTER they email you saying it has been posted.

And dont forget on top of that it doesnt even get processed until TWO WEEKS after you request it. has that timescale passed yet?

Theres a page you can find sometimes after a bit of hunting that lists previous requests, and on that page it shows you the date you're cheque will get processed on, so if you can find that it might give you a clue as to whats happening lol.

Postal strike has also had a big knock on effect.

It can take about a month from when you request it to when you receive it but remember theres a postal strike at the moment too. Iv not had any post since last Thursday.

Thank you for all your replies, you folk are just so damn lovely!!! Yes, the postal strike may be the reason i dont seem to be getting anything..... apart from bills which seem to find their way no problem!!! x
