Registering for tickets by email

Hi,
I registered by email to get tickets for the Summer Porno party on September 14th but got no confirmation.Does this still mean I can collect my tickets at the door or is it because I have left it so late the event is now full?
I really want to go and would appreciate help on this matter.Thanks in advance.
