Wanted: An Editor who can edit HD

I'm looking for a preferably, a London based editor who can edit Hi Def. You must have all your own equipment and software and a little imagination.
The distributor who releases a lot of my product wants to step up his out put and is looking to take on another editor.
This is a great chance for someone who is looking to get into that side of the business.
No dick heads, dreamers or timewsters please!
