A "man down the pub" told me how to get sky box office "events" free.

He basically told me that if i accessed a secret menu in my digi box's settings (the menu exists cos i tried that much) and changed my digi box's dialling prefix settings, then I could unplug my fone connection from the back of the digi box and order box office events - the signal doesnt go to tsky to tell them that the event has been watched!!!

Does this sound feasible, or does it sound like I wud get into a whole world of trouble by doin this????

You would be ok as long as you dont plug your phone line back into the digi box, and if your digi box is in need of repair get it fixed by someone other then sky, if you need it fixed by sky then change the pre fix back to its original setting. I dont know what Sky would do if they found out and to be honest I would not want to know, just be careful while doing this. If it works or not Im not sure let me know if it does, best wishes, Alan.
