Just one minor point ... I've done shoots with courgettes but don't anymore.

WORD OF WARNING: yes they are perfect pussy shaped, but unfortunatly they are also covered in thousands of microscopic little hairs, which tend to come off easily. Not always but sometimes they cause irritation and lead to massive yeast infections.

Stick to cucumbers, carrots, etc as have never encountered a problem with these. !wink!
