I have friends who are into blood play/play piercing/suspending etc and I have shot them in the past, but not actually shot anything dedicated to it. I keep meaning to set up something but never get around to it

Russell Coleman of http://rootofsilence.com used to do some fantastic gory, blood soaked images, not sure if that's the kinda thing he's shooting any more but he is an excellent fetish/fashion photographer so it might be worth giving him a try.

I also second the recommendation of Al Overdrive, he's an awesome guy.
