Looking for shared b/g content

Hi,
I run but basically looking for a lady to do a shared site with.
No point bullshitting here so will say site will be me and said lady fucking, sucking, diving and ducking but will be mainly g/g content and her and other fellows - both male and female.
At end of day I am after a business partner for a new hard core site.
I am mainly after a lady who looks great on camera and has business sense. Actually the business sense is of utter most importance.
I am based in Hertford, Hertfrdshire so need someone closeby.
