Topcat studio in Dudley has a dungeon. But i don't know if they have closed down has i have not seen any posts from them for some time.
Also if you could travel to Leicester, Melusina studio has a dungeon

They're probably a bit far for regular dom sessions but I will keep them in mind for shoots so thanks for the Info Peter
