More adult emails tagged as spam

I just dropped a line to a model advertising here, and got this response (I've removed their address).

Spam filters are removing too much ham these days.

Paul, I am occasionally getting the same problem when sending emails to people using a hotmail address.

The important thing is that I suspect that a lot of ISPs are doing this, but NOT telling. So booking offers etc are just vanishing.

Not sure what to do about it though.
