Re: Studio-Three Potter's Bar

Jason will either kill me or love me for this post.

I have got to say over the last two years I have been using

Jason, who runs the studio, has not only helped set up lighting for me but trained me in how to use my Nikon camera, even though he uses a Canon himself.

Jason has trained me in lighting techiniques, Photoshop techniques and in the way to get the best out of male and female models.

When I am low on ideas he is always at hand, if needed, to give out a new concept be it HiQ or LowQ - anyhow he is there.

I am here to say 'Thank you Jason' and also to promote a thoroughly bloody decent studio.

Thank you Jason (and fantastic crew) and I look forward to many, many more shoots,

Why don't you try shooting something more difficult at the studio? Naked females are so easy to shoot and you have a talent with your camera so why waste it on them.

Is it a drive in studio? i.e can you photograph cars there?

Yes I second you Stormchild.......on both very recent occasions I have been shot at Studio 3 and its bloody fantastic........Jason is a really really lovely funny bloke who makes a fantastic cuppa.......aswell as run (along with the crew)a very adaptable studio......and helping with his extensive knowledge!

I have many more purposes to go down to Potters Bar again in the next couple of months and use this studio.....A ++++

I couldnt agree more.

There was a distinct lack of studios located just north of London a couple of years ago, and then Jason opened Studio 3.

I have never looked anywhere else when it comes to my need for a studio.

Be it late hours, early hours or quite simply all day shoots, the studio has always been there for me.

There is help when required on lighting, tips and techniques, not to mention there is always tea or coffee (it seems like its on tap to be honest).

Jason is a superb bloke, helped out by all the others at the studio.

And above all, the price is very reasonable considdering everything that gets thrown in.

I have yet to work with a model in studio three who didnt enjoy the shoot.

Jason, thanks for everything over the past couple of years, and I hope the studio grows from strength to strength.

Wow, I've been working non stop the past few days and hadn't been on the forum very much, so it was a nice surprise to see this. I should really say a very big thank you to everyone who's posted on here, and I'll be looking forward to working with you all this summer.
