We're back! Erith Location ?10 per hour this week!

After numerous enquiries and questions, The Apartment Studio, Erith opens its doors to photographers, models and production companies as a location for your needs.
Despite certain rooms in the last stages of completion, with the summer sun providing a lot more light, we are taking hire bookings for the next week at only ?10 per hour!
**All levels of bookings are strongly considered, minus anything that is illegal / dangerous to others**
Weekday / weekend bookings available!
No minimum booking time!
Available space:
Main bedroom A bright, modern light blue coloured room, complete with window blinds, side cabinets, wardrobe and full length mirror. A double bed with either a white or blue coloured spread set is available to use as well as two touch lamps for an ambient feel. Cream carpets / cushions and throws are also available.
Living area An open planned modern, clean living area with a pair of tanned leather sofas / modern cushions.
A strong, dark-brown coffee table (suitable for sitting / lying on), and various other props.
Screens two modern privacy screens are situated at the end of the living area. These have proved to work very well using different lighting effects behind them.
Kitchen area although not 100% finished (we are awaiting new black work tops), this area is clean, tidy and available to shoot in.
Bathroom although not 100% finished (white tiles and new tiled flooring) this area can be used to change / shower and get ready in.
Second bedroom this area is the process of being completed and will either be a second bedroom scene or any ideas are welcome!

Use of the microwave / fridge / freezer
Use of the ironing board / cupboard space
Sky television
Wireless broad band
Free refreshments
Local shops less than a minute walk
Spare extension cables available
There is a cat which lives at the premises
The premises is always left in a well presented, clean state and a polite attitude is carried out from enquiring about bookings, right through to the completion of a hire booking.
