Slightly off-topic, but I was wondering if the ballbusting crowd fear any reprisals from the Dangerous Pictures Act when it comes into full swing in January? As per the Act's definition of what constitutes 'Extreme Porn':

63.3

'An image is porn if it is of such a nature that it must reasonably be assumed to have been produced solely or principally for the purposes of sexual arousal.'

63.7(b)

'An act which results (or is likely to result) in a serious injury to a person's anus, breasts, or genitals'

I don't think many people have yet started to grasp exactly how nebulous and far-reaching this law could be given the ambiguity of some of the language and plethora of 'open to interpretation' terms which exist within it.

With regard to the new british law and ballbusting I think there is a big grey cloud. The hype has been stirring up on the forums for months.
I have spoken about this to other webmasters publishing similar material and we like to think that ballbusting and the lighter side of femdom we produce will be at the back of the targeted sites list. I think if this goes ahead and the authorities police it, the people target would be those filming quite heavy bdsm stuff. By that I mean where people are tied up and beat until they are black and blue, especially if it is women who are taking the beating.
The new law refers to acts which could cause 'serious injury or death' and I certainly like to think that you are highly unlikely to suffer either on a controlled ballbusting shoot. In the two years I have been doing this the most serious injury I have seen is a bit of bruising to the inner thighs where a badly aimed boot has gone astray.
On top of that I am not into heavy bdsm yes mistress no mistress type of stuff, and the material I produce has a much lighter feel. The action is real but very tongue in cheek.

At the end of the day I guess it comes down to how intently they would police the scene. It is actually illegal to take part in any bdsm activities in many countries, including the UK, on the grounds that any individual cannot consent to an assault on their own body. However, dominatrix's accross the country are allowed to practice accross the country without question.
Since Operation Spanner in 1987 (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Spanner it would seem that the public outrage regarding human rights has kept the bdsm community healthy without challenge.

However, with all that in mind many of us don't fully know what sort of impact this may have on us all. I have had guys emailing me over the last few months asking if it is legal for them to view our content so it is obvious that people are getting worried.
I do strongly beleive that if the goverment did decide to strongly police this that there would be a massive outrage and possibly the evolution of a new underground scene. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Can I just clarify Yazmin that when I come down and stay at your place week after next, you will tell me well in advance if I upset you in ANY way wont you babe?.......I promise not to spill any wine like I did last time and i'll happily wash the pots and make my own bed....infact ALL the beds!!
