hi gary, tried calling, had to get u on here and fully bring it to attention, ive had a few people asking me question etc about my site and so on, and basically as you have not got a model realease and have not gave me copies of any of my content and am yet to recieve a penny, people are saying you are taking me for a mug, if i am wrong in thinking that then im sure people will correct me on here but really i just need a bit of advice from people on what the score is here for me, sorry, ive been told u cant sell the stuff as ive never signed a model release, think we both need some more info on this situation, this is not to slander you cos i really dont like doing that, u know that better than any1 but we're all trying to make a living and at the moment ive got nothing and it shouldnt be like that should it??? any1 got any advice, please comment

You might tell me to mind my own business but you should discuss this matter in private, if doing content share always ask other parties as well as you to sign a model release & agree on the content,format you want at the time. We ourselves do content share but sometimes it could be weeks before we have the edited media ready so perhaps it could be the case here. Also we have made films on the quick before e.g. with other swingers etc & its been weeks before we have met again & they have signed a release for me. I am sure if you told them your concerns they would solve the problem with you but in doing it this way you might risk other producers avoiding doing content share/photos with you in future.

the content i shoot was supposed to be soley for my site, it turns out some of it is being sold and i am not allowed copies and have not yet recieved a penny from the site although i know thatt people have joined so hows that fair?
