Just like to say a big thanks to rico, for a great shoot Wednesday..
As Rico knows, the shoot was very short notice... But, hey.. That wasn't a problem...
Not only am I ALWAYS 'ready to go'... But as Rico knows...
I can 'keep going' for ages !!!
So.. That's yet another Personal training session with a sexy twist...lol

But i'm in front of cam (with tracy)
and Rico behind the cam....
