Photo Agency called Double Take

Has anyone info on Double Take photography studio's who have offices in London & Manchester, i have heard some things about them & want to know if anyone else as had any problems with them.

Yes, they phoned me up saying that one of my friends had given them my details and would I like a free shoot!
A complete and utter lie!
If you search google there are plaenty of stories about them.
