Kent Shoot Location - Available this week!

This modern, clean, well presented location is 5minutes walk from Erith (Kent) station, as well as ample parking spaces for those who can travel by car. Situated off the main road, with river views, the whole premises is available for your photographic and filming needs.
Available at various times this week, from an hour right through to a whole day, the home style layout with a touch of class is perfect for those who are looking to work out of the 'normal' style studio's with backdrops.
The location consists of the following:
Main bedroom includes wardrobe, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and wooden chest. There is also various bed linen that can be used and provided.
Bathroom newly decorated, with white tiles and stone flooring, this room is clean and crisp with a modern feel.
Living room a spacious, well presented living room with sofa?s, throws, coffee table and ornaments all available as props. The main feature within this room is the two large screens available to use as backdrops / props to add a different feel to a set.
Kitchen clean and well presented.
Please note: there is also a small main hallway available. Use of the shower / Internet / SKY TV / refrigerator is available. This is a NO smoking premises.
