Just wanted to post here and say i have got a lot of emails recently claiming to be photographers or even magazines, wanting to buy photos or book me for work, now the amount has been far too much for what is involved, however i still managed to ignore this myself first time i got a mail of this sort.

Thought to myself whats the harm in sending them my name and address to send me a check?

Infact thats all they need to make a fake passport or driving licence and borrow money in your name! i have really freaked out about this and have now got identity protection for myself.

I have a pretty good idea of how these scams are structured so if anyone wants to forward me a mail to look at or wants the email addresses of the scammers please contact me for more information.

I just want everyone to stay safe and happy!

hi michelle ,i had the same things for a magazine and also a shoot were i got paid and to keep all the designer clothes,it is a scam they end up sending u a check 4 a larger amount than u asked 4 ,then expect u to send them a cheque back with the balance b 4 there cheque has cleared in your account[ erm whatever],i know this as i asked a tog friend of mine and he knows a model who sent the cheque back and had the money taken ,

does anyone know redstarmovies?
are they scammers?
they contacted me and said they pay ?1000-?2000 per shoot very hardcore boy girl work porn.

Yes Redstarmovies ( or films) is definately a scam artist saying he's got work. He's into emailing but never answers his mobile and he's based in London.
He's also posted under the name Rocky, The Invincible Man, Raj and the latest is Ricardo.
I have a simple name for him - wanker!

Going back to the original post i have sent photos and vids to so called reputable companies over the years and sometimes you never get a reply, the rule is you only send a sample.

Of course i didnt quite read this correctly in the first place, but as for the UKAP database i have voiced my concerns about data protection and as we all know that passport IDs can be sold on to anyone you should think long and hard to wahtever details you are willing to make public.
