Hey William,

I am definatly thinking about another party, the first one was good, and my first event, so I am very proud of that.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Wayne Scott-Fox who helped me a lot and also did a banging DJ set.

It does concern me that if another one is held that people won't turn up again, I had a list of 65 performers, togs and producers that specifically e-mailed myself of Wayne Scott-Fox and only 5 people turned up, which not only makes me look like I can't do my job properly when I promote the event, but disheartens me to do another as it is of personal expense to myself for staff, dj's, security etc.

If I do hold another I will maybe do it as a ticket event paid in advance maybe that way if people have already paid they may actually turn up.

I would love to hear the feedback

Kaicee x

Hi Kaicee,
Don't give up on it. and yes I think advance tickets would be good. Also the location is a bit out of the way for some people. So in a city centre would also help fill the venue. I deal with various club / music promoters as I work for a band called 'SOHODOLLS' (We had a hit with a song called 'Stripper') and we are playing SIN club in London Saturday night. I have 300 on the guestlist all paying a fiver + advance ticket sales through ticketweb.co.uk (BGAFD sold through them for the awards a few weeks back)

So, yes...put another party on. If you need a band let me know. But, look out for the dreaded credit crunch as less people are going out.
Cheers

The problem is, that everyone holds them on a Friday night and no way in hell am I venturing on to the M25 on that day!! Also, why not put it on in a nice club in London rather than North London and where you have to go on that dastardly bloody road to get to it!!!

No beefs with you Kaicee, just making a general comment that a Friday night is not a good night to travel for me n Jim....and the whole world as you all know, revolves round us !grin!
